As a PADI Divemaster, you get to inspire and help others. You can do all sorts of cool stuff, like:

• ✔ Look after divers and lead guided dives
• ✔ Help out with scuba classes
• ✔ Give briefings before dives
• ✔ Train divers who need a refresher
• ✔ Teach people advanced snorkelling techniques
• ✔ Help out in Discover Scuba® Diving (DSD) programs

To kick things off, here are the requirements you need to meet to start your Divemaster program:

• ✔ PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and Rescue Diver certified*
• ✔ Minimum 18 years old
• ✔ 40 logged dives*
• ✔ Completed an Emergency First Response® Primary and Secondary Care certification course (or qualifying course) within the past 24 months*
• ✔ Medically cleared for diving by a physician within 12 months

*Not there yet? No worries. We offer 4/5/6 week Divemaster internships to meet you at the level you are at.

Through your Divemaster training, you will be tackling many knowledge development sessions, water skill workshops, and hands-on assessments covering many topics.
